We have a lot of beautiful things happening in the bakery this weekend! Maritozzi will be available Saturday and Sunday! Oranais aux abricots (apricot puff pastry) will be available Friday through Sunday! Asparagus with goat cheese and lemon zest puff pastry will be available Saturday and Sunday! We are so loving the return of color in our seasonal fruits and vegetables!! Spring hath sprung❤️. You know that means eventually we get to have the heirloom tomato tart again….

Oranais aux abricot has just hit the shelves! Perfectly sweet and tart ruby apricots resting easy on velvety vanilla bean pastry cream and wrapped in puff pastry! Finished with sliced almonds and powdered sugar to give a nice sweet crunch. These little apricots have a short season so get them whilst you can!

It is a beautiful Saturday! Elle has made the most lovely Sweet Coconut buns! Lightly sweetened milk bread with a coconut filling and finished with a crackle topping. Not too sweet and perfectly tender. I am in love…

Grace will be making beautiful Italian Cream Cakes this weekend!Tender Buttermilk cake with coconut and toasted pecans, finished with cream cheese frosting and even more pecans! For a full on Italian situation, Elle will be making Maritozzi this weekend!! Hooray! Both will be available Saturday and Sunday!!
