We keep seeing the same patterns across businesses:
• Great pilots, limited impact
• Leaders unsure which AI tool solves which problem
• Teams confused between Copilot, Azure AI, and Power Platform
• Governance added too late
When AI feels like it’s happening TO the organization instead of WITH it, progress slows.
If this sounds familiar, you might be facing an AI fluency gap.

Many organizations don’t fail at AI because of the technology. They fail at operationalizing it.
Here's an important reminder from one of our panelists, Daniel Pickworth, Partner, General Manager, Technical Strategy and Innovation at Microsoft, shared during our AI Fluency in Action event discussion.
This addresses key obstacles for business leaders:
✅ Pilots that never scale
✅ Tools that teams don’t fully adopt
✅ AI investments that don’t translate into real business impact

One of the critiques around AI adoption is how it can impact human cognition. In our recently held Executive Roundtable, we asked our panelists: "How would you encourage users of AI to critically engage with it as a tool?"
Here's a preview of the insightful response from Taylor Black, Director of AI & Venture Ecosystems, Strategic Programs & Communities Team at Microsoft:

750+ business and technology leaders.
3 days of deep, hands-on learning.
And countless conversations shaping how organizations actually put AI to work for their team.
Dynamic Communities' AI Agent & Copilot Summit 2026 brought together executives and practitioners for main-stage insights and expert-led masterclasses across Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, agentic strategy, and governance.
Wimmer Solutions was proud to sponsor this year’s summit and spend time with organizations actively exploring how to move from AI experimentation to real business impact. Beyond the sessions, the event created space to connect, whether during receptions, breakout discussions, or even the pre‑conference golf and pickleball tournaments.
Some of those conversations even ended with prizes heading home! If there’s one takeaway for everyone: the future of AI isn’t theoretical. It's time to assess where you are in this transformative journey.
Our experts are always ready to help you lead the way for your team.

This Women’s Month, we honored the spirit of in two meaningful ways: by creating space for reflection, and by showing up where it matters most.
We carried that same spirit beyond the workplace on International Women’s Day, spending time with the girl‑survivors of CRIBS Foundation, an organization that provides safety, care, and renewed hope for young girls navigating incredibly difficult beginnings.
Today, we had an interactive Women’s Day Special Session in which our global team members came together to share acts of kindness, acknowledge their strengths, confront common fears, and commit to supporting one another. From naming our personal “superpowers” to recognizing the importance of asking for support, the session reinforced a powerful truth: empowerment grows when it’s shared.
Being present, listening, and offering compassion reminded us that meaningful change doesn’t always start with grand gestures. Often, it starts with simply showing up.
Together, these experiences reflect what Women’s Month has stood for in the past 115 years. Inclusion and diversity are not just about who we are today, but about the journeys we’ve lived, the challenges we’ve survived, and the responsibility we share to lift others as we move forward.
When we give our time, care, and belief in one another, we create a ripple effect that lasts far beyond a single moment.
