Liz Bullard (Seattle Children's PlayGarden), Alissa Rupp (MIG I Portico), Tamara Kaldor (Erikson Institute), and Kelley Fitzsimmons (Children's Museum of Phoenix) presented "Inviting Whole Families to Play" at the Triennial International Play Association Conference in Calgary this past weekend!

We're majorly bummed to say goodbye to the coolest intern around 😎

Nicco is pursuing a Master of Architecture degree at and it's been amazing having him at MIG | Portico this summer. He's been a huge help and wonderful presence in the office.

So great, in fact, that he has been gifted with this really cool giraffe hat 🦒because of his work on a recent zoo project (among many other things!)

You'll be missed, Nicco!!

MIG SvR and MIG I Portico combined efforts this year to support Food Frenzy -- an annual two week, creative competition between local businesses to raise funds, food and volunteers with Food Lifeline. Both offices collected non-perishable food items and made monetary donations online.

Online donations from both offices totaled $2,015, doubling contributions from last year and winning the MIG team one of the Double Down awards!
