The Seattle High School Gx Invite is held each spring in Western Washington. With teams traveling from all over the PNW, the Seattle Invite is the premier competitive single-gender ultimate tournament in the region.

HSNI Qualifier - This year the Spring Gx Seattle Invite will be a HSNI qualifier. The top program finisher at this event will get an auto-bid to 2025 HSNI in Allentown PA.

Learn the game of Ultimate in a fun, safe, encouraging environment and make new friends in the process.

DiscNW is holding clinics for all adult players in both Wx and Mx division environments.

Each clinic date will teach the skills needed to play Ultimate. They will include offensive and defensive drills and strategies. Each clinic will build on the last, with more complex drills taught each time. Every clinic will include a scrimmage (game) to try out your new skills. Attendance at every clinic is not mandatory. Supportive coaches will be on hand teaching and helping each player.

We are offering two divisions - beginner & intermediate!

The beginner division will focus on fundamentals - throws, catches and basic ultimate strategies.
The intermediate division is for experienced players who want to further develop their throws, and refine their offensive and defensive skills.

Volunteers are Needed for NW Challenge

We believe bringing more knowledge to league play makes it more fun and spirited for everyone! This clinic is geared towards adult league players. The two hour clinic, led by local observers, will go indepth on the rules for: picks, fouls, dangerous plays, on-field discussion & resolutions, and play stoppages & restarts. There will be time after the presentation for lots of questions and follow ups.

The in-person clinic is FREE and will be offered Wednesday, March 11th. Registration required due to limited spots available.

Please note, the curriculum is the same from last year's rules clinics.

DiscNW is looking for volunteers to help at Northwest Challenge for both Men and Women. There is something for everyone to do. The tournament is being held locally at UW turf fields. We'd appreciate your help.

Reminder - Our summer Overnight Training Camp for middle schoolers and high schoolers is open for registration!

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from the best and get to know other players in our region!

Registration closes July 1st; after July 1st, we will not be able to process refunds.
We are hiring Coaches and Cabin Managers!

Cabin managers - 18 year olds that would participate in all the trainings but would be able to do a work trade by being in charge of a cabin group. Camp would be free for all cabin managers.

Training Camp Coaches: Must be 21+
Expect to be part of all on and off field trainings.
Plan and run trainings.
We are looking for people who have Club and/or National Team playing and/or coaching experience.
