A Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar that serves holiday cocktails in a festive setting, their website says "Miracle is sure to get even the grouchiest grinch in the holiday spirit." Started in 2014, it has spread throughout the globe - maybe there is one near you!?⠀

Fix feedback by extracting the goodness! Instead of dismissing it or rushing to action, slow down and take time to consider the feedback you are given so you can obtain the greatest benefit.

Remember to think of Feedback is a helpful tool for yourself and for others. You choose what you take and what you leave. Try to let go of the fear and listen to what is begin offered, then choose what is helpful. When you harness the power of feedback, you'll be amazed at the progress you'll make.
