Oats aren’t just filling — they slow gastric emptying, keep blood sugar steadier, and fuel microbiome species linked to slimmer waistlines and lower inflammation. Not bad for a 10-cent breakfast. Here's a few pictures of mine. Not shown under toppings... a few spoonfuls of cooked red lentils. They literally melt in there and add a huge protein and fiber boost.
