Georgetown bagel shop Bloom Bistro becomes a neighborhood staple A pandemic-born venture that began as a hobby, Bloom Bistro offers some of the very best bagels made in Seattle.

We were voted as the best bagels in all of Seattle by The Stranger!! I couldn't be more proud of us!! Shout out to my amazing team who work so hard making the best bagels and all ofnour amazing customers whonhave supported us since day one! Couldn't do it without yall!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

We checked our calendars and apparently it's NATIONAL BAGEL DAY on 1/15 so we decided to hook yall up cuz we love you!! THIS WEDNESDAY ONLY get one free bagel with every $15 spent and a free HALF DOZEN for every $50 spent ALL DAY LONG or until we sell out!!!! Come celebrate National Bagel Day with your favorite local bagel shop in Georgetown.

Little update to our hours as the days get shorter. We'll still open on the week days at 7am and weekends at 8am!! Just closing a touch earlier. See y'all at Bloom!!

Next week we are OPEN TUESDAY!! Moving forward we will be open Tuesday-Sunday every week but next week we will be closed Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving to allow for our staff to be with their families and relax!!

We are looking to hire a part time weekend barista and a full time baker/cook.

Expectations for Barista: preferably a year of experience as a barista, basic knowledge of espresso drinks, customer service experience, great attitude, weekend availability, active food handlers permit (~15-25hrs per week)

Expectations for baker/cook: basic food safety knowledge, ability to lift ~50 #, customer service experience, ability to work in high pace environment, willingness to learn, great attitude, active food handlers permit (~30-40hrs per week)

Both positions start at $20-22/hr (DOE) plus pooled tips (usually comes out to $4-8/hr) Benefits include free bagels/coffee, 15% discount on groceries, flexible hours and working with a really rad team.
