I'm so excited to share that I got into the Basic Alpine Climbing course with The Mountaineers in Seattle AND that I was awarded a scholarship! This is such an incredible opportunity for me to learn essential skills, connect with a community, and further my journey in the mountains from the people who literally write the guide to mountaineering.

This almost year-long course requires specialized equipment and supplies, and that's where your support comes in. Hey everyone!

It looks like my journey in the contest might be coming to an end. Even though I'm not advancing to the next round, I'm incredibly grateful for all the support I've received!

But here's the silver lining: every single vote cast for me has made a real difference! The money raised is going directly to the National Park Foundation, an organization doing incredible work to protect our national treasures.

They're preserving over 85 MILLION acres of land and water, ensuring our history and culture are never forgotten. They're also inspiring the next generation of explorers through education and connecting people everywhere to the wonder of our parks.

This isn't the end of my journey though! I'm more dedicated than ever to being an advocate for inclusivity in the outdoors. Everyone deserves to experience the beauty and wonder of nature, regardless of their background. I'll be sharing my adventures, highlighting diverse voices, and working to make the outdoor community a welcoming space for all.
