this is SUCH a big part of the gut-healing process that most women completely miss (and it’s keeping them stuck)

most people try to heal their gut thinking *food* is the problem – and they end up restricting more & more foods, and having massive food fear & anxiety about eating the “wrong thing”

But here’s the surprising part: food isn’t actually the issue 😮

And unfortunately, this stress about food often turns into a vicious cycle for many women:

increased restriction & food fear/meal anxiety ➡️ mistrust in the body ➡️ more control/anxiety ➡️ more gut issues…

A note to my fellow constipated girlies 💕

I see you.

Checking your belly in the mirror every morning.

Most constipation advice online is wayyyy too simplistic.

“Eat more fiber.” ➡️ you’ve already tried that 🫠
“Drink more water.” ➡️ duh 🤦🏻‍♀️
“Take magnesium.” ➡️ not working 🙄

Chronic constipation is usually much more complex than that.

After years of working with women with chronic constipation, I’ve found that most cases involve multiple root causes happening at the same time, not just one.

👉🏻 Slow motility.
👉🏻 Poor digestion.
👉🏻 Microbiome imbalances.
👉🏻 Nutrient deficiencies.
👉🏻 Nervous system dysregulation.

This is also why random gut health advice can backfire so easily 👎🏻

For example, increasing fiber too quickly in a slow-moving gut often makes symptoms WORSE, not better 😩

The order matters.

In most cases, you need to:
