I talk a lot about humectants with clients because it's a basic principle that is really important. This is why what products you use, and how and why you use them (order/day/night) is important.
Your habits and how you spend your time can also affect how your skin stays hydrated. And hydration is the name of the game. Everything works better when properly balanced ⚖️ with hydration.

Hi everybody! Just wanted to share one of my simple skin pro tips with you.
Get yourself a humidifier to have in your room for when you’re sleeping. It’s a game changer.
If you use your rooms with hyaluronic acid, the hyaluronic acid can actually pull humidity from the air and pull it down into your skin
It’s great for people that have dry eye or dry throat from snoring or just congested sinuses. It will humidify and just kind of make everything a little happier.
I like this small humidifier I got from Amazon because it has a really small footprint and I don’t have a lot of space. It also is nice because it is portable and so you can travel with it too. I recommend this to people that work in an environment with a lot of HVAC or other source of dry conditions to keep at their desks.
And especially helpful with the smoke here in the PNW, A/C air etc
