Little things are hard to find… I’ve been dealing with some not fun digestive issues. IBS-C and environmental triggers such as stress. I was really sick for about 5 days. 🤢 I am learning to understand and recognize Low and High FODMAP foods, and to develop a more relaxed state of mind. Here are some red berries, grapes and cherries.

Some late spring blooms were showing their complex structure and anatomy. For one of my documentary films I recorded sound for last year, at The University of Washington, that plants can communicate and one even replicated the shape of the leaves of nearby plants as a form of defense. I wonder what else they could be trying to teach us?

We are so lucky to have nature so nearby. Do a spring hike while everything is still green. 🍀
