Furniture Options:
All apartments are immaculately updated and can be rented furnished or furnished. Furnished rental includes all furniture that is currently in the unit plus a smart TV, microwave, and a coffee maker. The mattresses are Stearns and Foster the brand used by Ritz Hotels. Furniture can be leased for an additional $120.00 per month for a studio/one-bedroom unit and $195.00 per month for a 2-bedroom unit. Furniture lease is not available to tenants with animals.
Furniture is also available for purchase and can also be removed if you want to bring your own.
Pets: Pet deposit required. Deposits are $300.00 large dog over 20 lbs, $200.00 per small dog and $150.00 per cat. In addition to the deposit there is either a nonrefundable one-time fee ($300/200.00 per dog, $150.00 per cat) or a monthly pet rent. Instead of paying a one-time fee you can choose to pay monthly pet rent of $20.00 per month per small dog or $30.00 per large/medium dog (over 20 lbs.) and $10.00 per month per cat.
Utilities:
High speed Wi-Fi - all units are wired for comcast internet and/or cable.
Hot water paid by owner all other utilities paid by tenant.
Water/sewer/garbage is billed per person. Total bill is split equally between all tenants. The water/sewer/garbage bill average in 2023 was $69.54 per person per month.
Gas and electricity paid by tenants - you will have to open your own account with Puget Sound Energy (for gas) and Seattle City Light (for electricity).
Laundry: Shared -large commercial size laundry units on-site.
Parking: Plenty of on street parking no parking spots assigned.
