As we move closer towards completion of our residential project in the San Juans, we wanted to share a few snap-shot renderings of our vision for the interior of this new home. This project has been years in the making. From the brick-clad fireplace, to the custom window seat, we carefully curated each corner of this space to suit the owners’ needs. Our Olive Street remodel in Madrona Heights was truly a labor of love. We transformed a decomposing house into a warm, inviting home. Our work began when the architectural design had been established, but the interior needed a breath of new life. From the entry foyer to the bespoke “jewel box” kitchen, to the office spaces, we outfitted this house with a lovely rift cut white oak to bring unity throughout the house and between spaces. Our vision was to infuse each room with the natural warmth of the wood finishes, with refined and understated lighting treatments and tailor made millwork storage for our client’s fine art pieces. We love how it turned out!

Our recent redesign of the Symetra Center ground floor lobby included the design of several custom pieces to unify the spaces. We teamed up with and to create a family of custom ring lights that complement the materiality of the space and bring an understated, yet refined light source to our design for the lounge areas.

The ring light is the result of a design collaboration between our talented friends and who brought this design to life. We think these pendants complemented our design beautifully.
