At YCB, we held a happiness painting activity workshop where youth got creative and painted what makes them happy. 🎨
Some painted sunsets and flowers, others their favorite anime characters, and even about the feeling they get being at YCB! 💛
Every canvas told its own story, and it was great seeing everyone express themselves through art.
Here at our Leadership & Business Development (LAB) program, our girls are building the tools and confidence to face challenges head on. After participating in our LABS “Face Your Fear” workshop, they had the chance to put those skills into action!
With the support of the incredible team at SANCA School of Acrobatics & New Circus Arts, the girls pushed beyond their comfort zones, faced their fear of heights, and discovered just how strong and capable they truly are. We’re so proud of them! 👏🏽

Here at Celebrating Roots, we make space for mindfulness. We create intentional moments in our programs for youth to pause, breathe, and reset. These small breaks help build emotional regulation, self awareness, and a safe space for our youth to reconnect with themselves. 💛
