It was a pleasure attending the Blue Tie Ball event hosted by the Seattle Police Foundation a couple weeks ago to learn and support the vision of a healthy police department. We value the foundation’s initiatives on officer training and wellness, safety equipment, and community programs. We were pleased to meet the Mayor of Seattle, Bruce Harrell, Chief of Police, Adrian Diaz, and Captain of the West Precinct, Steve Strand. DA LI supports the Seattle Police Foundation’s work to make the community of Seattle a safe place to live, work and play.

Last week we volunteered at Facing Homelessness We joined in on their BLOCK Homes program which builds small energy-efficient homes for people experiecning homelessness. Here we are at their Seattle wearhouse, staining wood pieces that will be used to build the homes. We look forward to working with Facing Homelessness again!

Da Li chairman shares his real estate development plans for Seattle - Puget Sound Business Journal James Hsieh, who is known as the Chairman, is in Seattle to scope out opportunities for his company Da Li, which this month it flipped a second life sciences development property near the Space Needle.

Excited to announce another successful deal $42M with LPC West/Intercontinental Real Estate!

The property was assembled in late 2021 for $21M.
