Our high-utility wainscoting is taking shape.
Made from rescued fir flooring and a bit of fresh help.
Future bearer of light and sound and coffee mugs.

Walls are closing up and reaching out.
New "furring" walls to the interior provide space for electrical runs without compromising the structure.
Deeper window sills are a bonus.
