The Seattle Fire Foundation is honored to receive a $333,500 grant from the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust to help fund our first executive director.

This transformative support marks a huge milestone as we transition from an all-volunteer operation to a professionally managed nonprofit. With this leadership in place, we’ll be able to expand our impact, strengthen partnerships and better serve the Seattle Fire Department and our community.

🏆 The 2024 State 3A Football Champs continue to prove they’re champions on and off the field! 💪

The student athletes from O'Dea High School were up early supporting the Seattle Fire Foundation at the recent Bids for Bravery Breakfast, selling raffle tickets and helping reach a sell-out goal that raised $10,000 for our firefighters! 👏🚒🔥

🙏 Thank you to the 200+ supporters who joined the Seattle Fire Foundation’s Bids for Bravery Breakfast! Your generosity raised an estimated $234,000 through raffle, auction, Raise the Paddle, ticket sales and sponsorships. 🚒

A special thanks to our Seattle Fire Department panel for sharing their work and the foundation’s impact. When every second counts, bravery needs a backup. Together, we’re providing it for the men and women who keep our community safe!
