Congratulations to DCI Engineers on winning the Bellevue and Seattle 2030 District 2026 Vision Award for Tenant Improvement! Earlier this year, DCI took over the entire 17th floor of our 1700 7th building for their new Seattle headquarters and transformed it into something truly special.

When announcing the award on social media, they shared, "This office was designed around smarter, lower-impact choices: reducing embodied carbon, energy use, and water consumption while improving comfort and supporting transit access. [...], it’s built to support collaboration across engineers, BIM designers, and non-technical teams—with floor-to-ceiling windows and design moves that highlight the existing structure. The final construction design delivered a 17% embodied carbon savings compared to the initial concept."

The Clise Properties in-house construction team was proud to support DCI and HOK in the impressive evolution of this space, and we are all celebrating this well-deserved recognition. 🥳

🥳 Happy National Grilled Cheese Day! With .and.co as a tenant in Bellevue, we are very familiar with , and it was an easy choice to celebrate this “holiday” with their tasty sandwiches. It was an honor to attend the event and to celebrate Nordstrom's Family Business of the Year Award. As we celebrate Mark Mizukami’s 1-year anniversary with Clise Properties as Tenant Service Coordinator, two things come to mind. 1: How has it been a year already? 2: It feels like Mark has been here forever!

Jeremy McPherson, VP of Operations, agrees, sharing, “Since day one, Mark has been a key contributor. His sincere, personal approach to supporting both our team and our tenants has quickly made him an integral part of the organization.  He consistently works across departments to support workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and help lead the implementation of new systems and technologies.”

James Jake Randolph, Operations Manager and Property Manager, adds, “Congratulations Mark on your 1 year Anniversary at Clise! Mark is a rock-star. Not only is he a great addition to our team but he is wonderful human being who improves everyone around him. He brings a high level of care and follow through to everything that he does. We are so happy to have him part of the Operations team and we can’t wait to see flourish over the coming years!”

Congratulations to Jake Randolph, Operations Manager and Property Manager, on his appointment to Board Member for the Canyon Park Business Center Owner's Association.

Jake shares, "Over the past 24 months, I have had the opportunity to oversee nearly $3 million in capital projects and tenant improvements at our Bothell Highlands Center. I look forward to continuing my involvement in the greater Bothell/Canyon Park business community and contributing as a representative for Clise Properties!"

Congratulations to Patrick Hennessy on being recognized as BOMA International's PNW Regional Outstanding Member of the Year! Patrick earned this distinction prior to joining Clise Properties, reflecting years of dedication and leadership within the industry. We’re proud to now have him on the team as Senior Property Manager.

We’re pleased to share that Hans von Trotha has joined Clise Properties as Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing.

With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, Hans most recently led asset and portfolio strategy for a significant office portfolio at Unico Properties. A graduate of Yale University with a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from NYU, he brings a disciplined, strategic approach to portfolio performance and long-term value creation.

Originally from Mercer Island, Hans cares deeply about supporting efforts to address homelessness in Seattle. Those who know him best describe him as dedicated, loyal, and passionate — qualities that show up both professionally and personally.

When he’s not skiing with his family or enjoying a sunny afternoon along the waterfront, he carries with him a unique creative legacy: both of his parents were glass blowers and taught him the craft. He’s also a former collegiate and junior national team rower.

We’re excited to have Hans on the team and look forward to his unique perspective and leadership.

Join us in celebrating Alvin Cameros' 25th Clise Anniversary! As Senior IT Director, Alvin is often tasked with complex, seemingly impossible, projects. However, there's never any doubt in his ability to find a solution and implement it quickly, all while maintaining his signature cheerful attitude. The team often marvels at his infinite energy that somehow allows him to go from work to evening hockey practice and games multiple times a week!

Lori Hill, CEO, shares, "Alvin is the glue that holds the company together. His responsiveness and positive, helpful attitude make him a pleasure to work with."

Jaeden Samia, Alvin's right-hand man and Desktop Support Technician, adds, "Alvin is a great boss and mentor. I’ve learned so much from him already, and continue to do so. It’s amazing to be able to celebrate a 25-year anniversary like this, which, funny enough, means he started before I was born. He is smart, hardworking and a fun person to be around. I’m grateful to have Alvin as a boss - and as a free win in Fantasy Football!"

Where were YOU a week ago today? For many folks on the Clise team and our loved ones, the answer is at the Seahawks Super Bowl LX World Champions Parade, cheering our faces off together from our front row seats at the Securities Building! It was a truly unforgettable celebration — and Zina Atwood (pictured in the first photo) was even featured on King 5! Having properties in the heart of downtown Seattle keeps us connected to the pulse of city, and we were so fortunate that the parade’s path happened to be on 4th Avenue, giving us an unparalleled view. Shout out to Mark Mizukami for his next-level photography skills. Go Hawks! 💙💚🏈
