Our team came together to make more than 600 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for our neighbors in need at Seattle's Union Gospel Mission. We're incredibly proud to support Seattle's Union Gospel Mission and the work they do every single day to serve our community. Thank you to our team members who gave their time and helped make a difference. Together, we're building a stronger, more caring community, one sandwich at a time.

Today, our team partnered with Plymouth Housing to assemble welcome kits for new residents moving into their communities! Plymouth Housing provides permanent supportive housing and wraparound support services to adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. We’re grateful for the opportunity to help assemble these kits so new residents moving into their communities are welcomed home with essential household items. Thank you, Plymouth, for the incredible work you do every day to help our neighbors find stability and hope.

Our team had an amazing time the National Apartment Association conference! We learned new insights from industry experts, and had the opportunity to connect others in our industry. And let’s just say the weather in New Orleans gave us a conference we won’t forget! We look forward to bringing our new ideas and strategies back to our teams in Arizona and Washington so we can continue to thrive!

Our team soaked up the FIFA action at the Seattle waterfront cheering on the soccer teams from the barge at Pier 62! What an incredible experience, and fun opportunity to connect with our teammates!
