As a veteran myself I find it interesting that with my VA loan, agents and home sellers steer away from this loan. Why? 🇺🇸

I get the appraisal is an area of concern but you would think that sellers would jump on a VA Loan?

I know I give a lot of advice on here but now I’m looking for advice as a buyer. This will also help other agents win more VA Loan deals as well!

If you set yourself out to get 25 leads on average per month regardless where you get them from, Zillow, realtor, Facebook, Instagram, Google ad words it doesn’t matter as long as you’re getting 25 per month (from a real estate source) you will convert 4% of your leads regardless of your sales ability.

The biggest problem is agents don’t give their advertising enough time to generate even 25 leads. Set a plan for six months to a year to have your advertising running and you won’t go wrong. Have a great follow up system and never give up on a single lead and you will see a positive returning your on investment.

What does setting expectations mean to you? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Most of us have the wrong expectations when making a purchase. We lead with excitement, impulsiveness and stupidity without ever setting realistic goals for ourselves.

How do you help your clients from having the wrong expectations with your business?

👇🏻INSTEAD ASK YOURSELF👇🏻
1. Do I have what it takes?
2. Are my sales skill qualified?
3. Do I have the right systems?
4. Can I not take no for an answer?
Online leads are not about WHERE you get them from. Online leads are converted by YOU, not the company you buy them from.👀

To often as agents we give up on leads too quickly🤦🏻‍♂️
What if the person behind your lead is a single mom trying to get her kids ready. Or a husband at work that had 5 minutes in his corporate job to submit his information.🤷🏻‍♂️
Conversion on leads is not about what company you buy them from or who’s leads are better. You’re wanting good people and if you give up on them too soon you’re guaranteeing yourself $0.00 in commissions.
