New Normal

It's the little things — or a medium-sized, family-run company that's been in biz for 70 years printing the labels that get slapped on craft beer, kombucha, Thai peanut sauce ... you name it. This week New Normal launched Richmark Label's new custom Wordpress site (design by Sarah Kulfan and Thomas Prowell) because we enjoy working with locals like Richmark as much as the "suits" at companies like Amazon, Gates Foundation, and Washington State.

The new website nudges Richmark into 2019 with a content management system they can handle, a chat widget to communicate directly with customers online, and a secure 'submit art' page for customers to upload .ai and other files.

Here's to 70 more years of custom labels in the heart of Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood!
