We are grieving the tragedy that occurred at Seattle Center last night. The Bite of Seattle is a cherished summer tradition for celebrating culture and connection.

Our hearts are with the victims, their loved ones, and with the Seattle community as we mourn this horrific loss.

Seattle is a city that stands by one another. We extend our deep gratitude to the first responders, frontline workers, and everyday heroes who quickly responded to protect the community.

We are monitoring Seattle Police Department’s ongoing investigation, and working closely with City officials, public safety agencies, and downtown partners to keep our communities informed.

We just want to take some time to lift up every person who has been affected by the recent shooting at Bite Of Seattle. Our hearts are broken for those who have lost their lives & for their families. Sending peace & healing energy to those recovering physical & mentally from what happened. Lastly, we want to recognize the Seattle businesses and good samaritans that helped people in the area to safety during the tragic event. We have witness first hand how the people of this city rally for one another. The Seattle freeze is not real. For every one bad apple are thousands of good ones right here in the Emerald City. Please remember the good, too. 🙏
