Thrilled for these buyers! Matt and Matt were referred to me by some previous clients. They had done their homework and even had a condo they were pretty interested in buying prior to us connecting but I suggested we explore a few others as well. They simply fell in love with this art deco building (not the original unit they were exploring) and we immediately did a lot of due diligence (condos have a lot of paperwork to comb through) and in the end they felt confident going for it. Friday I closed on a cabin in Ronald, WA. There is definitely work to be done but excited to have an escape from the city and look forward to sharing progress with everyone online.

Kyle came to me over a year ago (maybe two) and mentioned that they hoped to explore purchasing in Seattle in the future. The future is now! Kyle and Joe had a list of musts and likes which allowed us to hone in on their search from the start.
