Recent progress photo of our Bellevue remodel’s beverage center or wet bar. Love the depth and shadow of the tile with thoughtfully placed lighting; impeccable light oak cabinets with integrated drawer refridgeration below the bold Dekton counter. The discrete bocci outlets and blackened stainless bar shelf are just so sleek!

Progress being made. Drywall is in and cabinets are at the finishers. Big patio sliders took forever to arrive and put some things out of sequence but the design is starting to really take shape.

Currently seeking an architectural or interior design allrounder with 0-5 years experience (recent graduates will be considered, show us your passion and talent!) working on residential and commercial T.I. projects of small to medium scale. Local designers preferred. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Proficiency in Autocad (2D), Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup is essential.

Experience with arch-vis rendering software is not required but desired.

Great candidates should have a passion for design, strong attention to detail and great communication and organizational skills. Possess a can-do attitude with a willingness to work on the mundane to the magnificent in support of our clients and projects. Robust knowledge of graphic standards and instinctive ‘graphic eye’ are highly desired skills. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pierce Design is a small, design and detail focused studio sharing a collaborative, friendly workspace with other Architects and designers. It’s been a long year but we’re excited to see this project come to life! Very close!

With a ray of sunshine pouring in and the clean and organized job site Tom and Julian keep it’s almost spiritual today. Look at those airplane wing-like plywood ribs! Just gotta wait for our skylights and doors.

Progress on our skylight with the generous curved transition templates cut and calculated. The vertical angle is designed to be noticeable and will lean just a bit more when finished. Who doesn’t love mock ups?!

Morning light shaft at our Bellevue remodel from the new skylight framing. We’re hanging new joists sisters onto the existing to create a gentle curve transition up to the sky as well as handle the new loads and conditions. A lot of detail, engineering and craft goes into creating something that will feel effortless and elegant when completed.
