13 years ago today Ali and I met at The Showbox/market at this very spot. It was a Monday night. Black mountain was opening for black angels. Ali was there for Mountain, I was there for Angels. It was a great show. By the end of the night we were holding hands and our first official date was 2 days later. Pretty soon we were inseparable. We have had such wonderful adventures and seen so much amazing music. I love you Ali, this has been the best 13 years of my life...and it keeps getting better.

Some highlights from weekend one of this years Austin City Limits Music Festival. I am so lucky to get to travel with the love of my life and rock & roll bad-ass Ali Hedrick & see so much great music.

Shooting another creepy/fun music video with super talented director Chris Cunningham & Equally talented DP Dylan Priest. Great band - Sidetalker and great crew. 3 fun days in a haunted house in Port Gamble. Sometimes I have to pinch myself.

A few highlights from The Ohana Music Festival

Had the absolute pleasure of seeing Australian punk band from Cable Ties at KEXP with the lovely & talented Cheryl Waters. Amazing band. Check them out. They are playing the Tractor tomorrow night. It's also amazing to see the Cracker Jack video team at KEXP work their magic.

It's been a really weird year for production. It's good to be shooting again.

Watching the classic move War games. At the very beginning, as 2 Air Force guys go into the intercontinental missile silo for their 24 hour shift, this sign is on the wall outside tue huge-protective door. Silly joke? Strange Easter egg? Official 1980's Air Force Urination Policy? Either way...prices!
