CONDO DUES ARE TOO HIGH! 👀

I hear this a lot.

But here’s what buyers sometimes miss: owning a single-family home doesn’t mean you avoid those expenses. It means you’re responsible for ALL of them yourself.

Roof needs replacing? Yours.
Exterior needs work? Yours.
Water, sewer, garbage, insurance, landscaping? You’re paying those bills too.

With a condo, many of those expenses are bundled into your HOA dues and shared among the owners. Your dues may also help fund reserves for future building maintenance.

Does that mean every HOA is a good HOA? Absolutely not.
