The Fauntleroy Community Association is re-homing mature plants that have outgrown neighborhood planter boxes. Bring your shovel, these are BIG plants. (pay what you can)
- South Seattle College Garden Center — Friday + Saturday, 10 AM–3 PM

Shop plants, get gardening inspiration, and support the Landscape Horticulture program while students gain hands-on growing experience.

It’s also known locally for its colorful mural at 35th/Henderson. Described as a “love letter to the neighborhood,” the West Seattle-themed mural was created by artist Katie Todaro (.dusty - who also painted the mural on my Compass West Seattle office!) and help from .
Although there seems to be some local debate - is the cafe in Fauntleroy or Gatewood?
