It's that time of year again - 26 LU Team Rowing Relay.

And in the highly competitive US Rowing Northwest Masters Championships, MRC boasted a pair of champions, congratulations to Lynn and Jody!

How many of you can add another name and story to your list of those who were diagnosed with breast cancer this year? It's time to raise money for breast cancer prevention through early detection and support those after a breast cancer diagnosis.

The Montlake Rowing Club is teaming up with their boathouse team mates at the Pocock Rowing Center to raise money for this cause. Please consider a donation - however big or small - to try and keep a name off that list.

Another Camp Lucy fundraiser is in the books. The foundation met its goal and MRC raised over $2250! Her are some shots of us hard at work putting in the meters on the erg!

It's winter and the team is getting back to basics working on technique and building a good aerobic base. We are also helping young girls try rowing. How? By supporting Camp Lucy at the Camp Lucy ergathon! It's a fun way to while away some hours staying fit and helping out. Here's our fundraising page and an opportunity to JOIN our team!

A good end to the 2024 season. It's always fun to row the HOTL from our home dock. Thanks to Rachel LeMieux our coach, and all our team mates who pushed us and helped us in inumberable ways.
