A massive thank you to everyone involved in the Microsoft offsite at SOMM Hotel. The energy, conversations, creativity, and openness from the team made this such a memorable night for us. Watching guests fully lean into the experience by shaping hats, selecting trims, branding pieces, and creating something personal reminded us exactly why we built this concept.

We are incredibly grateful for the trust to bring something different into the room.

To the entire Microsoft team, thank you for the support, kindness, and enthusiasm throughout the evening. Thank you as well to the SOMM staff for helping create such a smooth and elevated atmosphere from start to finish.

TBT to last month when Hoyle Hat Co. partnered with for a corporate Hat Bar experience.

We had the opportunity to design custom hats with the incredible LinkedIn & T-Mobile team, creating an experience centered around creativity, connection, and supporting local Seattle businesses.

One of my favorite parts about building Hoyle Hat Co. has been seeing how platforms like LinkedIn can truly help small businesses grow in real life.

Not only has LinkedIn helped us share our story and craftsmanship with new audiences, but LinkedIn Sales Navigator also played a role in helping secure the future home of our new flagship location opening soon in Seattle’s Pioneer Square.

From custom hat shaping and branding to creating memorable team experiences, it’s amazing to see how business, creativity, and community continue to come together through the Hat Bar experience.
