The school year is almost over… and I’m not sure who’s more excited—the kids or the parents. 😅❤️
Today I’m spending the day volunteering at my kids’ school for Play Day.
As I watched the students running from station to station, laughing and enjoying every moment, I couldn’t help but think about how quickly time passes.
It feels like just yesterday we were buying school supplies and taking first-day-of-school photos.
Now we’re celebrating another year of growth, learning, friendships, and memories.
This is exactly why I believe in building a life that gives us more choices and flexibility. Success isn’t only about income—it’s also about having the freedom to be present for the moments that matter most.
Today, I’m choosing to pause, enjoy the laughter, and make memories before summer begins. ☀️
Parents, don’t forget to take the pictures—but also take the time to be in the moment. ❤️

One of the reasons I started looking for a
Plan B wasn’t because I wanted more things.
I wanted more moments.
More baseball games.
More bedtime cuddles.
More family dinners.
More freedom to say “yes” when my kids needed me.
Success isn’t just about making a living.
It’s about building a life where your family doesn’t always get what’s left of your time.
Our children are only little once.
The moments we miss today can’t be replayed tomorrow.
That’s why I’m working toward time freedom, not just financial freedom. ❤️

Weekend schedule: Fishing, baseball, and making memories. 🎣⚾️
🎣⚾️ Last weekend was one of those Saturdays that reminded me what really matters.
We started the morning at the Fishing Derby with the kids and spent the afternoon at the baseball fields cheering on my son during his tournament.
As parents, we often worry about doing enough, providing enough, and being enough. But days like that remind me that what our kids will remember most is the time we spent with them.
These moments may seem ordinary now, but one day they’ll become the memories we treasure most. ❤️
📖 “Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from Him.” — Psalm 127:3
What did your family do last weekend? 😊

⚾️☀️ Yesterday was one of those days I quietly thanked God for.
Beautiful weather, baseball games, and watching my son do what he loves most. Moments like this remind me that time with our children is truly priceless.
There was a season when life felt like nonstop work, stress, and survival mode… but deep down, I just wanted more moments like this. More presence. More memories with the people who matter most.
To every tired parent out there: don’t lose hope. ❤️
There IS still a way to build a life where you can provide for your family and still be present for the moments that matter.
Because one day, our kids may not remember everything we bought them… but they’ll remember that we were there. ⚾️☀️

Some work days look a little different… and honestly, this made my whole day 🥹🐐🤍
As a CNA, I’m used to caring for people…
but today my client’s family sweetly asked if I wanted to help feed and pet their new baby goats. And of course I said YES 😅
In the middle of a busy work day was such a simple but happy moment. I’ve always loved animals, especially baby animals. They just have a way of bringing peace and joy no matter how stressful life gets.
Sometimes God gives us tiny moments in ordinary days to remind us to smile, slow down, and enjoy life a little more. ✨
Grateful for work, grateful for kind people, and grateful for unexpected moments like this. 🤍
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”
— Colossians 3:23 ✝️
The hardest thing for many Filipino moms and dads to admit is this:
‘Kaya ko pa… kahit pagod na pagod na ako.’
So we keep going.
Double shifts.
Puyat.
Stress.
Taking care of everyone else…
while quietly forgetting ourselves.
Because we were raised to believe that good parents sacrifice everything for their family.
But here’s the truth:
Your children don’t only need a hardworking provider.
They need YOU.
Your presence.
Your laughter at the dinner table.
Your hugs after school.
Your energy to enjoy simple moments together.
Your health.
Your time.
Because one day, our kids won’t remember how tired we were trying to survive…
They’ll remember if we were there. ❤️
That’s why I started looking for a better way.
Not because I don’t want to work hard—
but because I don’t want life to pass by while I’m always exhausted.
I want a life where family time doesn’t feel rushed.
Where moms can still dream.
Where parents can earn without sacrificing their health, faith, and presence at home.
Because success means nothing if we’re too burned out to enjoy it with the people we love most. 😊

I’m slowly building a life with more flexibility…
More time with my kids.
More peace.
More freedom to choose how I spend my days.
Not overnight—but step by step.

Even when life feels uncertain, I remind myself:
God is still working behind the scenes.
I don’t need to have everything figured out today.
I just need to keep going with faith.

Some days as a CNA are not easy… but they are meaningful.
I’ve learned that care is not just about tasks—it’s about patience, presence, and kindness when people need it most.
Between work, family, and responsibilities—I remind myself that I’m building something important for my family’s future.
And I know one day, all these shifts and sacrifices will make sense in a bigger story I’m still building.
Not perfect. Just faithful and be consistent.

✨ One thing I’ve learned as a mom and part-time CNA…
Time is something we can never get back. 💛
That’s why I started building a Plan B from home —
not because I wanted luxury…
but because I wanted MORE moments with my family.
✔️ School activities
✔️ Sports games ⚽️ 🥋⚾️
✔️ Appointments without stress
✔️ Family time without constantly asking for days off
I’m still working part-time,
but having something flexible online gives me options, peace of mind, and hope for our future. 🙏
To every hardworking mom or healthcare worker:
You don’t have to choose between income and family time forever.
Sometimes a small step today can create a completely different future tomorrow. ✨
