What did everyone do over the long weekend?
We spent the weekend in Cali for my brother’a graduation. The pups stayed with a sitter but enjoyed some zoomies and fun with our Rover sitter and her dog.
In a couple weeks we’ll be going on an international trip - and we are SO excited. So many things are happening and so much to look forward to! 💕🙌🏼

POV: you book a cabin for “a quiet weekend” and end up never wanting to leave 🌲✨

Modern design, a hot tub under the trees, outdoor movie theater, stunning views, dog friendly, and nestled in the forest. Plus it’s so close to amazing hikes like Wallace Falls, Heybrook lookout, lake serene and bridal veil falls. This place was exactly what we needed.

Are you a “if the dogs can’t go I’m not going” travel person, or spend time away from them from time to time?

I’m a mix of both, but admittedly, I feel guilty as heck when we have to leave them behind. I sure wish it was easier to bring them everywhere!

We’ve been outside quite a bit these last few days doing yard work, and it’s starting to pay off. Our grass is looking so nice, the plants are flourishing, and we are loving spending quality time out here with Kiaan. Next is finally getting a few herbs/veggies planted. Anyone else gearing up for their next travel destination?
We have a weekend getaway next month, and a 2 week long vacation planned for June. I can’t WAIT.
I really want to plug in some staycations as well around the area, especially as my usual camping excursions might be limited (as it is, trying to get my baby to sleep in an unknown place is HARD). Tips and tricks are welcome 😆🙏
