People will try to make you feel guilty for putting yourself first. It’s not because you’re doing something wrong, but the fact they are loosing their control over you. It’s a lifestyle to not be suckered into believing this lie of guilt, if you don’t start to respect yourself how do expect others to respect you. Rise don’t fall, action not words, be you and not what they want you to be. Live by your own standards and not follow others.

Life is a puzzle, when putting it together things get clearer one piece at a time. It’s a lifestyle to understand what piece you’re on to know what other piece is next

Lift yourself up, no matter the situation you are in, or what tragedy has happened. Nothing good came from staying down, so lift yourself up with all you got. It’s a lifestyle to realize your situation and over coming your darkest times. We are much stronger than we realize, just a little bit of an effort is needed!

Important of self love, A lot of times we are in the run to please others and we make ourselves feel like we aren’t good enough. This is how we loose the control of our lives and give it to others. It’s a lifestyle to break from that to love yourself to give you confidence to break out of that control. Always remember you are good enough, you are worth it, only person that can ever bring you down is the self doubt.
