2. Spring Season at starts April 7th! I’ll be teaching Reggaeton and Hip Hop 1/2. As well as….

3. Directing Drop Squad, our beginner/intermediate team. This season it’s Reggaeton + Hip Hop edition and runs for 10 weeks April 12-June 14, ending with a concept video. Payments will be collected bi-weekly to make costs easier and as always, we have payment tiers and scholarships!

Someone recently told me that my training style is being very tapped into each individual and it’s true! You won’t get lost in numbers under my mentorship.

The Bad Bunny Superbowl performance you didn’t see and my first time performing on stage since having a baby! This time last year, I was depressed, sleep deprived, broke and anxious as hell trying to keep a little human alive. It was really hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel and to think of myself as anything more than someone’s mother. With time, patience, counseling, community support and meds, I made it through. I remembered who I was outside motherhood and reconnected with my love for dance. Despite all the heinous s**t going on in the world, I feel lucky and thankful.

Thank you to for creating this piece and for sharing your choreo. Grateful for everyone I shared the stage with and Im sorry if I’m way more awkward than you expected lol Lastly, congrats to all the dancers who performed at SOT!

My thoughts on Empire Dance in Seattle. My opinions, my experiences- things I have proof of because I knew this day could come. I don’t support the owner of this organization or how they have *allegedly* treated people black folks and women of color. I don’t support them entering the community again. This is my choice and opinion- it is based on sitting down with them to address these issues and seeing nothing change (in my opinion). Speak and listen to the leaders in your community and make your own opinion. I’m saying this because the owner has a history of threatening to sue which is also why it’s been hard to speak up. Feel free to share my video and if you are a lawyer please let me know if this video is okay or if I should take it down. I tried to be factual and state only my opinions.

Also, sorry I blink a lot. I always have- I don’t know how to stop it 😂
