Thai-Chinese style lunch. Steamed rice served with Chinese bbq pork, Chinese sausage, crispy pork belly, soft boiled eggs, and some soup on the side.

Mom finally got her second dose of the vaccine today so I thought I should make her something to boost her immune system. At least that’s what my grandma been telling me growing up. 😅 “drink this broth! It will scare the germs away!” Haha so… here we are 🥰😇

Thai Pink Noodle Soup with Fish Balls

One of my favorites noodle soups dish! The sweet-tangy-spicy red sauce that gives this dish its iconic flavour, other than that it's just a simple noodle soup! Typically serves with fish/seafood balls, water spinach, and rice noodle.

I use pork broth in the video, which is classic, but you can always use chicken broth as a base instead.
