So many projects and so many great clients! We had a ton of permits issued in May, here are a few of them:

Unincorporated King county- New residence

Bonney Lake- Home addition and covered second story patio

Renton- Structural remodel

Lynnwood- Kitchen and living room remodel removing some walls

Sammamish- Water damage and structural repair remodel

Kirkland- Home addition to two sides of the home and new deck

Woodinville- Garage conversion to studio with kitchenette

Medina and Bellevue- 3 New electric vehicle gates

🔥 A few smaller projects of ours permitted this and last week. Two projects in Tacoma, one a home addition for a bathroom, one a crawlspace conversion to a finished basement. The other project in Lynnwood in unincorporated Snohomish county, demo and rebuild of front and back decks, covered entry and rear back balcony. We take on the smaller projects as well, home additions, decks, covered patios, etc!

😎 Another project approved 03/25/26 🔥
1300 sq foot addition with a large new open to below entry, large windows and a nice gallery design above the open entry. No long hallways, very open design to transform this home. A repeat client of ours we are glad to help, and another project permitted in Bremerton. The city and reviewers are very easy to work with and treat projects how they should in our opinion. Shout out to them as well! We are looking forward to seeing this one built! Thank you.

🔥 😎 Another permit issued for this 900 sq ft Dadu in Tacoma. This was a conversion of an old storage structure, to a new Dadu. Great investment, great use of space and a great client we regularly work with and are happy to get this permit for. Thank you for the continued collaborations 💪 💪 😎 🔥
