🔥 A few smaller projects of ours permitted this and last week. Two projects in Tacoma, one a home addition for a bathroom, one a crawlspace conversion to a finished basement. The other project in Lynnwood in unincorporated Snohomish county, demo and rebuild of front and back decks, covered entry and rear back balcony. We take on the smaller projects as well, home additions, decks, covered patios, etc!

😎 Another project approved 03/25/26 🔥
1300 sq foot addition with a large new open to below entry, large windows and a nice gallery design above the open entry. No long hallways, very open design to transform this home. A repeat client of ours we are glad to help, and another project permitted in Bremerton. The city and reviewers are very easy to work with and treat projects how they should in our opinion. Shout out to them as well! We are looking forward to seeing this one built! Thank you.

🔥 😎 Another permit issued for this 900 sq ft Dadu in Tacoma. This was a conversion of an old storage structure, to a new Dadu. Great investment, great use of space and a great client we regularly work with and are happy to get this permit for. Thank you for the continued collaborations 💪 💪 😎 🔥

🔥 😎 4263 Total square feet for this beautiful new residence in Lake Tapps!! Permits approved and issued end of February. 4 bedroom 4 bath, attached garage and detached garage. We are excited to see the build progress on this one! Thank you to another great client of ours! Have a great day. 😎 🔥
Custom Dadu in Seattle
😎Another project of ours being built in Seattle! 😎💪 This is our favorite DADU design. 3 bedroom 2 bath with extra utility bath in the garage, roof top deck accessed from second story, 1000 sq ft maxed out dadu. We love it, cant wait to share the full videos once it is complete, this is our first video of 4 we will take, the initial framing video. Architectural plans, structural plans, civil plans and permitting provided by our team.
