Get ready with me Boat Bar dessert edition! Meet our new Bostok made with syrup soaked olive oil brioche, marmalade, frangipane, fig leaf, and powdered sugar.
If you like almond pastries this will be your new best friend. Sous chef says it’s similar to a mix between an almond croissant and French toast. Save room for dessert!

This woman is a powerhouse behind the bar, servicing both and Boat Bar. Bri’s done it all and we’re so glad to have her at the helm of our bar program. That delicious milk punch you’re sippin on? Bri’s handiwork! (and her favorite cocktail on the menu.) No cocktail too adventurous or ingredient too challenging for this one.

One last flex for these mussels! Leaving in the menu at the end of the month: Steamed Hama Hama mussels with fermented tomato and seaweed butter broth and toasted baguette. Better scoop ‘em up quick before they’re gone!
