Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Fathers and Sons Together!
Today and everyday, we celebrate the laughs shared, the lessons taught, and the quiet moments of connection that shape who we become. To every dad, grandfather, uncle, and mentor in our community—thank you for showing up, leaning in, and being a steady anchor.
We know that strong bonds aren't built overnight. They are forged in the everyday moments:
* The weekend projects where more mistakes are made than things fixed (but the laughs are worth it).
* The long car rides where the best conversations happen out of nowhere.
* The simple act of listening and showing a son what it looks like to grow with integrity.
To the sons: Take a moment today to say thank you. A text, a call, or a quick "appreciate you, man" means more than you know.
Thank you to our incredible FAST family for dedication to growing together, supporting one another, and building a legacy of strong, loving relationships.

Freedom isn’t just a date on a calendar; it’s the rhythm of our breath, the strength in our bones, and the legacy we carry forward. Today, we honor the ancestors who carried the dream of liberation through the darkest nights so we could walk in the light of day.
We are the manifestations of their wildest prayers. We are their joy, their resilience, and their rhythm. Today, we don't just celebrate how far we've come—we commit to the ongoing journey of true liberation, community preservation, and collective power.

Our staff and youth are still feeling inspired after an incredible day at Renton High School for this year’s Consejo Together We Move youth conference!
Our young adults dove deep into identity, community and purpose. They engaged in workshops, connected with amazing community resources, and learned from speakers who move through life with resilience.
Thank you Consejo Counseling and Referral Service for the invite and Renton High School for the wonderful hospitality!
It is important to remind our youth and Young adults that we don’t move through the world alone...we move together! 🙌🏽

We are so proud of our young people! This past Saturday at the NGLU Career Fair, they showed up, showed out, and made their presence known and felt.
