Interestingly the American love Bingka Ubi while the Asian love Seri Muka, Talam Pandan and Onde Onde.
Masakan was at Taste of Asia event last week.
Unfortunately this video was taken when we were busy packing up after the event.
Beautiful lawn, we wish we could sit down sipping coffee and eating kuih looking at cruises departing to their destinations. Relaxing view.

Our kuih today.
Today we made over 400 pieces of Talam Pandan.
Malaysians make many other kuih talam like Talam Gula Merah, Talam Cendol, Talam Ubi, Talam Kacang Merah, Tepung Talam, Talam Jagung, Talam Berlauk, Talam Suji, Talam Durian, etc.
In Malay, Talam means : a Tray or a Loyang.
My fave of all is Talam Ubi. God willing we will make and offer it to you all soon.
