It’s very easy to underestimate the influence that the space we live in has on us. So if you want to be peaceful, regulated and possibly even successful, declutter that home! 🙌🏻
Our biggest blessings are always the most ordinary things 🤍
Do you have a tree friend? 😁
A little neuroscientific reminder 🤍
I feel like we haven’t talked about the quantum world in a while 😀
Have you experienced this? 🤍
Here are 10 ways to keep your curiosity alive:
1. Try something you’ve never done before.
Take that pottery class. Try surfing. Learn salsa. You don’t have to be good at it. Just see what happens.
2. Say yes to experiences that aren’t your usual thing.
Go to the random event. Accept the invitation. Take the spontaneous day trip.
3. Pick up a hobby just because it sounds interesting.
It doesn’t have to become your new personality. You’re allowed to try things and move on.
4. Learn something completely useless to your career.
Learn about astronomy, psychology, architecture, wine-making, ancient civilizations… whatever makes you think, “Wait, that’s actually fascinating.”
5. Talk to people who live differently from you.
Ask questions. Find out what they believe, what they love, how they got there. Everyone has a world inside their head you’ve never seen.
6. Change your scenery.
Take a different route home. Explore a new neighborhood. Work from a café you’ve never been to. Your brain loves novelty.
7. Read things you normally wouldn’t pick up.
Don’t only consume content that confirms what you already think. Give yourself a completely different perspective.
8. Make more things.
Cook something you’ve never made. Take photos. Paint. Write. Build something. Creating naturally makes you ask, “What if I tried this?”
9. Follow your random questions.
When your brain goes, “I wonder why that happens…”, don’t ignore it. Look it up. Go down the rabbit hole.
10. Keep putting yourself in beginner mode.
There’s something beautiful about not knowing what you’re doing yet. You become more observant, more playful, and much more curious about what happens next.
I literally cannot believe I saw this with my own eyes!
