Sometimes life gives us symbols. For the past 4 years it’s lighthouses. At first it was a puzzle, then it seemed related to the four winds, then something about embodying hope, and now on to again just practicing allowing. I am grateful to return to the lighthouses and remain determined to keep on shining.

Breakups can leave us unmoored — but they can also open a path to healing. Our new blog post explores how to honor your pain, reframe your story, and take practical steps toward rebuilding your life. Read: https://wix.to/LIRDfPv

Key takeaways: sit with the feelings, set gentle boundaries, practice self-compassion, and seek support when needed. You're not alone.

Magnolia, southern as they come. Grateful to grow this. It feels like these fragrant flowers like being sung to, especially Marshall Tucker band songs.

Poetry. I’m thinking of the stillness between the waves and knowing that we are ever returning. So grateful to be exploring my roots, holding faith in the unknown and in this ancestral earth.

Morning dew holds ritual importance on this year’s May Day, Beltane, Full Flower Moon, and Buddha day. While I no longer dance the May Pole at Girls Preparatory School circa 1988, I’m now able to tune into some other ancient rituals related to the holiday. Interestingly today is the first full moon on Beltane since 1988, it’s in Scorpio and the astrology calls for releasing what we no longer need. I vote for the devaluation of women’s sacred power to be released on a grand scale. In the pre-Christian traditions of goddess religion, women would gather dew at dawn on Beltane to use as an ancient beautifying skin tonic. May we honor our ancestors and connect with Mother Earth on this May Day, recognizing our own unique beauty and power. May all beings notice and feel rooted within our interconnected nature today.
