The remodel was designed by Milton Lam of Modus V Studio.

Originally a rambler built in 1950, a new story has been added and the interior completely remodeled. Modus V Studio designed and managed all aspects of construction of this special home.

When completed, Green Concept Home will be the first LEED Platinum home in the city of Bellevue.

Arcadia house is finally completed in January 2010. These are the photos of the interior and exterior of the finished house.

Modus V Studio designed the interior of this luxurious condominium in Taipei.

One of our very first projects, this Acupuncture clinic has a spa like decor that helps the patients relax while they are receiving treatment.

A French/Asian fusion restaurant in Seattle, designed with bold forms and daring colors. This project is published in the book "Boutique Restaurants" by John Riordan in 2008.
