The concept of supporting local art is spreading! ALL members since 2008: you were some of the first in the country to be a part of the movement.

‘Buy Local’ Gets Creative Community-supported art programs are popping up all over the country, demonstrating that the concept works just as well for art lovers as for locavores.

Another reminder to come to the Checkout Day tomorrow. Doors open at 6pm.

West Seattle launches first of its kind Art Lending Library At West Seattle's old Frank B. Cooper School, past the main office and down the hall you'll find the library -- but there are no books to check out. Inside what's now a cultural center aren't shelves of books, but walls of art.
