Been wanting the Electro Voice RE-20 for awhile now. Now, let’s put it to the test. I’ll post some results when I have minute to do literally anything else.
One of my favorite things to do in the production phase of a song is run many things that “aren’t supposed” to go through a guitar amp, through a guitar amp. Even if just a hint of the signal makes it to the final mix, it can still add a lovely layer of character that helps make a song stand out.

And so it is. My production studio, Luna Sound in Seattle is live. Getting a foot hold in this city chock full of legendary musical talent is exhilarating and I couldn’t be more excited.
