Due to the lack of tap water in Austin and a run on spring water in Texas, I will be suspending Cold Brew Coffee production until everyone in Austin has fresh water to drink. (Currently we have no tap water & just got electricity back.)
Our cold brew is 100% made with spring water, never tap water like everyone else. Because of this, it makes it harder to source our water during trying times like covid or storms. Ethically I don't feel right buying/selling drinking water during this emergency.

Going primal to get my coffee! No power, no grinder.
The French Press is the most forgiving brewing method available. Grind beans roughly. (Back of a ladle in a bowl works if you don't have a molcajete.)
Add coffee, pour 1/5 of water. Wait 30 seconds (its blooming) then pour the rest, stir. Let it sit 3-5 minutes. Plunge, pour, enjoy!

During our rebranding we changed the name of Texas Pecan to Pecan Dreams. This label was actually what prompted my redesign. I just find it amazing.
Pecan Dreams is the lightest of our roasts & our only flavored coffee. It's organic & ALLERGEN FREE! I personally enjoy it with a touch of cream but most people can drink this black. It's naturally creamy & sweet. A great lazy Sunday morning blend or after Holiday dinner with dessert.
