Great little find yesterday in Leavenworth, Washington

Just finished seeing Predator Badlands. I greatly enjoyed it! A couple things I could have done without but overall amazing!

Went and saw a movie last night. They had a different trailer for Predator: Badlands. It looks so good! I'm getting more and more excited!

The final video game we have and I feel not needing must introduction is Predator Hunting Grounds created in 2020 as a multiplayer game. Originally put out on the PS4 and PC, it can also now be played on the Xbox. You can choose to either be Fireteam or Predator and hunt/do missions in a few different maps. There are a few pre-created fireteam members and Predators or you can make a custom one.

The precreated Predators are: Amazon, Bionic, Celtic, City Hunter, Elder Predator, Wolf, Falconer, Feral, Jungle Hunter, Tracker, Berserker, Witch, Valkyrie, Viking, Samurai, and Cleopatra, Captured, Pirate, Voodoo, Emissary, Exiled, and Kaail

I also created myself in this game as well.

What are your guys thoughts on Hunting Grounds? Also let me know if there are any video games I have missed.

Aliens vs Predator (2010) or sometimes known as AvP3 can be played on the PS3, Xbox 360 and/or PC. This is the first game I had played with a Predator in it.
This game is set in a colonized forest world of BG-386 where there are also Yautja ruins. Of course, Weyland-Yutani is there digging through the ruins to try to get information on Yautja technology and Xenomorphs. Unfortunately they find and capture a Queen. As they continue their search, they find the Yautja temple and try to open it up. But once they attempt this there is a powerful energy blast that knocks out the research center above which unleashes the Xenomorphs and calls in the Colonial Marines and of course other Yautja.
Which brings us to the Predator we play, Dark. Who has just been ranked to Elite. He is sent to BG-386 with 2 other Elites (one of them being another Yautja called Wolf and the other Hunter) due to the stress signal sent by Young Bloods. The name of the Clan Leader is Spartan. His equipment is: cloak, wristblades, plasmacastor, combistick, smart disk, proximity mines, bio-helmet, vocal mimicry, wrist gauntlet, self-destruct device, and sat-com

Fun fact: Dark and Prince are the only known Predators to survive after killing a Predalien!!

Part of me feels that the next game's Yautja doesn't need an introduction. Predator Concrete Jungle is a third-person-action-adventure for the PS2 created in 2005. You play Scarface. Scarface is exiled by his clan, but 100 years later they return to him after he has killed the extraterrestrial creatures. The world in this game has advanced technology thanks to finding some of Scarface's tech. In order to be let back into the clan, Scarface must return to Earth, reclaim the stolen technology and kill whoever uses it.
In this game we also meet 3 Bad Bloods, Stone Heart, Swift Knife and Long Spear) who have been cybernetically engineered.

Fun fact: Even though it is presumed Scarface is male, the voice actors are female.

I found and purchased this game for my PS2 but have yet to play it because my controllers have died.

Next we have Aliens vs Predator Extinction for the PS2 in 2003. In this video game humans arrive on a newly colonized planet (LV-742) that unfortunately is teeming with Xenomorphs and a party of Yautja. In the Predator Campaign you control a clan that must win the respect of the Ancients by hunting the Gro'Tye and then the Xenomorphs. In one of the missions you must assassinate another Predator who allowed himself to be captured. There are 7 missions you must complete. The Predators you have are:

*Brawler-The Glory Stike
*Spear Master-Plasma Glaive
*Stalker-Bleeder Spears
*Blazer-Dual Blazer
*Hydra-Warhead Swarm
*Vanguard-Killscreen Generator

Our next video game is Aliens vs Predator 2 (2001) also played on the PC. The Yautja you play in this game is Prince. In this game Weyland-Yutani have discovered ruins of an Engineer civilization who are soon overcome by Xenomorphs which bring on the Yautja. Prince had fought Rykov 19 yours previously and again in present day when Prince gets a distress signal from Ancient in AvP Primal Hunt. Even though Prince is young, he is a high ranking Yautja. In the game he defeats 2 Predaliens, 3 Praetorians, a queen, and Rykov in an exosuit. Prince's weapons include wrist blades, plasma caster, plasma pistol, spear gun, combistick, net gun, smart disc, and remote detonator.

Prince is one of my favorite Yautjas.

We are including Alien vs Predator 2 Primal Hunt (2002) pc game for today as well. Which takes place in 2 different time periods, the first being 500 years prior the events in AvP 2. The Yautja you play in this game is Ancient who you play in both times (500yrs ago and present day in game.) You must find the artifact to keep the Xenomorphs at bay. During the final scenes of the game he sends a signal to other Yautja, which we know Prince is the one to receive it. We last see Ancient laughing when a chestbuster erupts from his ribcage creating a Predalien.

The game play of this is also well done for the time period.

Our next video game is one that I have on my PC, it is Aliens vs Predator (1999). I have really enjoyed playing this game. You can choose to play Predator, Alien or Colonial Marine. As Predator you have "human vision" and infrared. The weapons you get are the plasma caster, smart disk, wrist blades and speargun.

If you haven't played this game. I highly recommend it.

Since we had previously talked about the Yautjas seen in the movies. It's time to move on to the video games! This first one is Aliens vs Predator (1994) arcade game. The 3 predators in this game is the Warrior who is blooded, the Hunter who is a young blood, and the Mad Predator. In this game we see both Warrior and Hunter make an alliance with the humans to defeat the Xenomorphs.
