Barrett Staples is a songwriter, performer, executive producer, creative director, entrepreneur, and the first rapper in history to cook chicken live onstage. Barrett's sound is rooted in future-forward hip-hop, drawing influences from soul, lounge jazz and RnB, with an omnipresent focus on melodic wordplay and harmonic depth.
