The Amaricano Manhattan
1oz Amaricano Amaro from Fast Penny Spirits
2oz Rye (I used some Buffalo Trace Bourbon I had on hand though)
Some bitters.
My wife bought me some local Amaros last year. They're excellent, and they kind of got stuck in the wrong place... So I haven't used them much. I found them, and made something with what I had on-hand.

0.75oz lemon juice
0.75oz Aperol or Aperix
0.75oz Bourbon (I used Jim Beam)
0.75oz Amaro Nonino (no substitute)
