Join us for a dynamic afternoon dedicated to mastering the art of perfect pairings! Led by DipWSET guide and owner Bonnie Donovan, this class will teach you to confidently pair wine with any meal, while exploring the story behind Dossier Wine Collective.

You’ll discover how former NFL player Sidney Rice and real estate developer Tim Lenihan are crafting world-class luxury wines right here in Washington state. From the stony soils of The Rocks District to the bold terroir of Red Mountain, we’ll taste how the state’s most prestigious vineyards, under the guidance of acclaimed winemaker Billo Naravane, are producing exceptional wines.

This is your chance to learn how Dossier’s signature Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah pair with hearty dishes, and how their elegant Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc can transform lighter fare. We’ll include a curated selection of their wines, paired with delicious snacks and nibbles to showcase these principles firsthand.

All of our sandwiches are served on our schiacciata bread, which is similar to focaccia but with a bit more chew and a crispier crust. We bake it fresh every morning, just minutes before we open so it's served warm, a little salty and delicious! Open at 12!
