Half marathon crew, tomorrow’s the day! 💪
Today is about setting yourself up to feel good: hydrate, fuel up, keep movement easy, get some rest, and pack what you’ll need for the morning.
You’ve done the training. Tomorrow, settle into your pace, trust the work you’ve put in, and take it one stroke at a time.

We've been rowing for a while... but we haven't cut the ribbon yet! ✂️
Join us this Saturday at 10:20 AM as we make it official with a Row West Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. We will be celebrating between classes with our members, neighbors, friends, and the West Seattle community.
