The Spruce Café is located within the Paramount Hotel in the heart of downtown Seattle.

Our espresso bar is top notch featuring a selection of all your favorite coffee concoctions expertly made by our baristas. In addition, we serve delectable breakfast treats including our ‘famous’ Dutch Baby’s featuring a selection of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients.
