Teaming up with a development team to take care of turning the outline of our official website into a highly effective and content rich place that tells our story and clearly identifies our direction and success in the area. We are starting tomorrks and that means these charts need to be finished asap. After the site is up its application time! Im excited to change the world for everyone even if someone reverse engineers this idea, if they get it going even better i support the cause these people need our help and it is time .

After explaining the experience including the hardships and obstacles to overcome to the team working on getting voters to side with one liners of housing for all , investing in the community I wanted to make sure that they knew who to hit up because I am so over colorfull brochures and great sounding lines I want to see some action. We will see whats up he said thank you so much for sharing probably no one else does.
I need resources and passionate people around me my goals are too much for myself to accomplish alone I don't want any money for it and I volunteer to ensure that the intentions remain long after im gone.

Thats why no big publically traded corporation is welcome ill hope the community is powerful enough to change the way this s**t has been and there's even documents and plans and instructions. Its not some idea from the smoke pit this is refined and shows the real joke is how our system is.

I'll be the bad guy standing up for whats right because I know what the cause and effect to the cause and effect will be and I stand for whats right and this is the way.

Major fundraiser has begun to fund purchasing the property and any extra proceeds are totally allocated for per a long term budget. Thank you for supporting us thank you for believing in the solution to the complex solution and thank you for trusting that the future is one where this issue isn't more than pages in history books.
This is a community project it takes all of us and we can make it. Its about everyone the depth of complexity is not something im typing out but the only people who are losing with my plan are the rich people who make their money on the homeless people.

The location for phase one has been identified. Currently negotiating the deal with the seller and working on raising funds for the initial purchase. Going to start a Fundraiser as soon as I kick back the 501C3 paperwork again. When it comes back next time we should have the great news of not just being an official licensed non-profit like we are now we will also have 501C3 status.

Team lead for volunteer team.
As a volunteer you will be making a huge difference for the community, with us you'll be creating change that will last a lifetime. This is a startup level organization at this time we have an office in Ballard and the strategy and plan mapped out for the most part. You dont need to come in to volunteer right now it can be done remote.
This would be such an amazing experience for someone who cares a lot about the community and making the world a better place. It would be great for someone who wants to supercharge their resume also you do not need prior management experience to do this but you will be able to put it on your resume. If someone wants to learn new skills from design to fundraising or sales to project management.
Together anything is achievable.

By Friday we should start getting initial funding and grant matching. The shipment with shirts, hat, mouse pad, coffee mugs, and other items arrived those items will be available for sale shortly. Currently researching market metrics and compiling data for a presentation to Jenny Durkan or anyone on her behalf. Our goal is acheivable using less money than is already being allocated. This plan will make a bigger difference and long term impact and this is a solution not a band-aid. We are looking for leaders to step up and offer assistance.
